Hotels & Resorts
Commission-Based

Resort & Hotel Bookings

Starbound Luxe Co. maintains direct preferred supplier relationships with hotels, resorts, all-inclusive properties, and tour operators. These suppliers pay a commission on completed bookings, so resort and hotel bookings carry no additional planning fee to you.

Preferred supplier perks may be available depending on the property and booking.

What’s included at this tier:

  • Resort and hotel research and curation
  • Room category and upgrade guidance
  • Preferred supplier perks where applicable
  • All booking, confirmation, and documentation management
  • Ongoing support through travel
Flights
$100 per round-trip

Flight Management

A $100 management fee per round-trip ticket is collected upfront. When flights are included as part of a complete vacation package, no separate air management fee applies.

Includes research, routing, seat management, documentation, and disruption support.

Single-Destination Planning
Starting at $195

Single-Destination Planning Fee

For trips focused on one destination, a nonrefundable planning fee covers hotels, resort selection, ground transfers, dining recommendations, and tailored experience suggestions.

The exact scope and fee are confirmed before planning begins.

  • Destination consultation and preference discovery
  • Resort or hotel research and curated recommendation
  • Ground transfer and car rental coordination
  • Dining and experience recommendations
  • All booking confirmation and documentation
Multi-Destination Planning
Additional fee applies

Multi-Destination & Complex Itineraries

For multi-destination itineraries, an additional planning fee applies to reflect the increased coordination, research, and customization involved. The exact fee is discussed during an initial consultation. There are no surprises.

  • Multi-destination itinerary design and pacing
  • Cross-market hotel and accommodation research
  • Inter-destination transport and connection logistics
  • Experience and dining curation across all destinations
  • Complete trip documentation and pre-departure review

Not necessarily, and often not at all. For hotel and resort bookings, no planning fee applies. The supplier perks, preferred rates, and amenity credits available through a certified advisor relationship frequently equal or exceed any planning fee paid.
